YOUNGER MEMBERS
The Younger Members Section of NH ASCE is committed to encouraging the professional development of engineers 35 years of age or younger. We work with the members to identify and increase visibility of issues that matter to our generation.
The younger members strive to become more active in the NH Student Sections. We enhance student programs by creating more interaction between the students and the younger members. This means more networking opportunities for the students and a chance to see what ASCE has to offer them once they graduate and become professionals working in the field of Civil Engineering.
Participation in ASCE is also a great way to strengthen your resume and make you a more valuable employee. Becoming more active in the New Hampshire Section ASCE Chapter demonstrates to your employer your commitment to the profession. Your participation in monthly meetings, seminars, social events, and chapter initiatives shows your commitment towards getting the most benefit from your ASCE membership.
Take advantage of all that ASCE and the YM have to offer! Whatever your participation level - from networking at YM Happy Hours to participating at the Board level - your efforts and involvement are appreciated!

In November, the Younger Members coordinate a volunteering event in lieu of the typical happy hour event. Since 2011, the Younger Members have partnered with New Horizons for New Hampshire to help meet the demands of the busy holiday season.
